Financial information provided by you, such as bank account details for ACH payments, payment card information, and autopay preferences. Payment credentials are transmitted securely to our third-party payment processors and are not stored in plain text on our servers.
Information provided by third parties about you. As part of our services, we may also collect your name, address, email address, unit assignment, and other information about you provided by third parties, such as your homeowners' association, property management company, or our third-party payment processors.
Information uploaded by authorized users. Property managers and community administrators may upload files (such as CSV files) containing unit details, member information, and other community data through our bulk import features. This imported data is subject to the same protections described in this Policy.
Information collected automatically as you navigate through the Platform. Information collected automatically may include usage details, domain address, IP addresses, internet browser, operating system, device type and identifiers, your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Platform, crash reports, performance diagnostics, and information collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Our mobile application does not use cookies but may use similar local storage mechanisms for session management and push notification delivery.
