Delete your HOAshare account

We're sorry to see you go. Please read through the following information carefully before submitting your deletion request.

This action is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.

How to request account deletion

  1. 01

    Review what you will lose

    Deleting your account is permanent. Your personal profile, login access, and preferences will be removed. Community records, documents, and financial history are retained as they belong to the HOA.

  2. 02

    Send a deletion request

    Email us at support@hoashare.com with the subject line Delete Account - [your email address]. Include your registered email so we can verify your identity.

  3. 03

    Verification & confirmation

    Our team will verify your identity and send a confirmation email within 1–2 business days before proceeding.

  4. 04

    Account deleted

    Once confirmed, your personal account and credentials will be permanently deleted within 3–5 business days.

Processing time: Deletion requests are completed within 3–5 business days after identity verification.

What will be deleted

  • Personal profile

    Your name, email address, and contact information.

  • Login & credentials

    Your account login access will be permanently removed.

  • Notification preferences

    All personal settings and communication preferences.

  • Payment methods

    Saved cards and bank accounts linked to your account.

Retained (not deleted)

  • Payment & transaction records (regulatory compliance)
  • Uploaded documents (shared community property)
  • Violation & work order history (HOA records)
  • Community posts & announcements
